The number of domains in the Chinese national domain .cn has finally exceeded the number of German domains (.de zone), and now China is officially ranked second in the Internet in terms of the number of domain names, second only to the .com international zone.
For the current year, the number of sites in the .cn zone increased by as much as 76%. This is a much larger increase than all the "competitors". For example, the .com and .net zones for two grew by only 16%. .De zone - by 8%, and .uk zone - by 14%. The Russian domain is completely absent in the top ten largest TLDs.
