In search of a solution to this problem, I began to look at what our operators are offering, I did not manage to change the region while maintaining the number, and I didn’t want to use two phones at all. And then I stumbled upon a new telecom operator, Dolphin Telecom.
Dolphin Telecom is a division of a Swiss company, opened in Russia several months ago. The company provides callback communication services, i.e. This is a new implementation of the old system with the order of a telephone call from the operator.
To use communication services, you do not need to buy any new SIM cards, just register on the company's website, download the application to the phone (supported - wm, simbian, and phones from java2 in beta version) and have a working gprs connection. The rates for calls personally pleased me greatly, and even if there are many tariffs with lower prices, it is more important for me to keep the number.
