Question about social network for tourists

Is anyone aware, is there a service where I can mark my route on the world map, watch the routes of other travelers who use the service (indicating where they are now), arrange meetings with them in various cities , on this or that street, in this or that cafe?

I think for sure there is something like that based on Google maps. I want to meet new people.
