At habrahabr.ru/people I have been watching a strange thing for more than a week now:
Active: 21 . This figure is changing, but I have not seen values of more than two hundred. What's the matter? After all, it is clear that if by active users we mean logged users who visit Habr at least once a day, then they are clearly more than 21.
