From September 27 to 29 we will hold the fifth VK Hackathon in the St. Petersburg exhibition hall "Manege". This year there will be 600 participants at the hackathon, a total prize fund of two million rubles and an additional reward for finalizing projects after the final. If you like the spirit of competition, teamwork and creative solutions - gather your team and fill out an application.
This time we made 6 tracks: "Culture", "Media", "Charity", "Technology", "Fintech" and the new direction of "Travel". Each track will have several cases offered by Mastercard , Promsvyazbank , Aviasales , CROC, the World Wide Fund for Nature , the ARBI Fund for Assistance to People After a Stroke, the Solar City Children's Charity Fund, as well as museums and a number of media: Sports.ru Cosmopolitan , vc.ru and TASS . The winners of the directions, as well as the nominations “Choice Mastercard” and “Choice of colleagues” (audience prize) will receive 100 thousand rubles each. The best team in the nomination "Choice VKontakte" - 200 thousand rubles, and the participants awarded the "Grand Prix" - 500 thousand rubles. The remaining 500 thousand will go to two winners who will be the first to finalize their projects within six months after the hackathon.

To participate in VK Hackathon, assemble a team of two to four people and send the application by September 6. In it indicate the chosen direction and task, and also describe the idea of ​​the solution. On September 9, we will select the 150 best teams and publish their list in the VK Hackathon community.
