WASI: An API for non-Web WebAssembly

To help take WebAssembly outside the browser, we're building WASI, the WebAssembly System Interface. It's a standard API for WebAssembly applications to use outside of the Web, which extends WebAssembly's portability and sandboxing philosophy into the API space. I'll talk about how we got here, what you can do with it today, and where we're going!
