You need to edit the /User/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Preferences.plist file on your device -> use a jailbreak in order to achieve the result, or simply iTunes backup manager (backup editor) is up to you.

In the file, you only need to change the value of the string “KeyboardEmojiEverywhere” to 'true'.

After that, go to the settings section called “Keyboard”, this is in “Basic”, turn on Japanese and turn on emoji. These emoticons will be correctly inserted into any text field on the iPhone, be it a website, notes or email.
