How am I looking for a new job

Today, my employer decided to decide what to do with me. And he told me that in two weeks I would be fired. I immediately hinted that the reduction "probably will not work" and in the end offered to simply write a statement of their own accord. I haven’t yet found a new job for myself, so I have a desire, but I am not ready to write a statement, which I reported on.

Then I was offered compensation - to write a statement at my own request from February 1 and work in the company for another two months for 2/3 of my current salary, which, by the way, after the probation period had not yet been lifted, “forgetting” the previous agreements.

I am so confused that I don’t even know what to do :)
