First, under the “Tagi:” field there are examples. Is it possible to display the most popular tags in these examples? And it's not easy to display, but to do in the form of links, when clicked on, tags will automatically be added to the "Tagi:" field. After all, if you display the most popular, then the probability that the user needs this particular tag will be maximum. And the use of links to add will provide more comfortable conditions for the user.

Secondly, adhering to the idea of ​​links, why not show this wonderful tag cloud next to the form for editing. It is in the form of links. So I would click there, and the tag would be added. Very comfortably. But there is one BUT. In order not to be confused, this cloud should at least be located in a different place (rather than on the main one), but it is also better to look geometrically different. Otherwise, the functionality will be confused. In general, let your usability specialists think this over if the idea passes :-)
