MIPT Opens the First Advanced Master Program in Russia in Computer Science and Software Engineering
The program was developed by the Department of Discrete Mathematics at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and the core departments of IT companies Sbertekh, Tinkoff, Yandex, ABBYY and 1C at the Physical Engineering School of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science (FPMI). It is a set of courses that can choose the best graduate students FPMI on the results of entrance examinations.
How will the advanced track be arranged?
Each department prepares a set of courses that provide an in-depth understanding of various areas of Computer Science: data analysis, industrial development, distributed computing, and other areas.
The students of the track will be available courses of all departments participating. Undergraduates will be able to choose disciplines and form an individual learning path, depending on personal research interests and career aspirations. ')

How to proceed
In July, each department involved in the development of the track, opened a competition for seats.
Applicants will have to pass the standard entrance examinations for admission to the Masters FPMI. First you need to select the competition groups , and then see the corresponding exams .
According to the results of recruitment, each of the departments will be able to recommend for enrollment in an advanced track program no more than 20% of undergraduates who have applied for it and have shown the strongest results during the entrance examinations.
For the selection of the track and the coordination of individual programs will need to apply to the department.
