[Ekaterinburg, Announcement] Flutterton - workshop about the development on Flutter

Flutter received a stable version just six months ago, but already collected seventy thousand stars on Githab and entered the main stack of many large companies .

In order to keep up with world trends, the contour team, under the supervision of the Google Developers Group, conducts a workshop on writing interfaces on Flutter. We will study the main features of the platform, learn about the Dart language, learn how to implement fantastic animation and create our own applications.

The workshop will be held in Yekaterinburg on Saturday, July 20, at the Contour development office. Let's start at 10:30, finish at 19:30. There will be three reports, seven working hours in teams and a presentation of the results.

We are waiting for developers for Android and iOS, front-end, backend, and anyone who wants to learn how to write mobile apps.

What will happen to the workshop?

Our developers have prepared three reports for quick immersion into the platform:

• Lyosha Panov will note the important features of Flutter for a beginner, will make a review of the most-haves of widgets and will give you a few tricks and tips for working in the IDE.
• Lesha Kolesov will tell you about the main constructions of the Dart language and show some nice pieces that are not in Kotlin or Swift.
• Ilya Sedov will teach how to build the navigation of the application correctly and how to prepare the animation in Flutter.

The remaining seven hours will be devoted to practice: you will need to choose one of the three proposed applications and implement the MVP. Our developers will take on the role of mentors and help design and implement applications that are comfortable and pleasing to the eye.

At the end, the mentors will disassemble complex cases, show the most successful implementations, and invite participants to continue communication in the local bar.
