A collection of nonsense about my country

I am from Kyrgyzstan (although we need to call our country Kyrgyzstan). Yes, in general, it does not matter! Another thing is important:
Just the other day, almost all the Internet resources of our country flashed a link to a website about Kyrgyzstan. At first glance (if you do not pay attention to the "design"), this is a common information resource about a country that does not carry an official character. But if you read the text, I, as a resident of this country, can say that the articles contain complete nonsense. Perhaps this site is created only for lulz ...?

Here are some quotes from the site:
About greetings
It is customary between people who are perfectly familiar with each other to kiss three times symbolically. In gratitude, it is customary to touch the forehead and the heart area with a palm. The soles of the feet should not be pointed in any direction. During the handshake should not look into the eyes of the interlocutor

About trade
Everywhere, especially in private shops and markets, you should bargain - to bring down the price twice as easily as possible.

About motor transport
Driving by car in Kyrgyzstan is unusual for a European. There is no need to rely entirely on the rules and signs. Everything is built largely on mutual understanding, intuition and respect for each other. In addition, the upcoming maneuver is often explained with gestures. Turning, the Kyrgyz, as a rule, make a sign with a hand sticking out of the window. The hand is a means of active communication with other motorists. There is a mass of gestures that make up the whole road language: Stop! Hey you freak! Brakes! Where are you going, asshole? Thank! Caution! Wait! etc. Emergency braking, for example, is indicated by swinging the left hand up and down, the sign "wait, let me pass" is transmitted by raising three fingers, collected in a pinch. But he suddenly wanted to turn left at a crossroads from the right lane (a very common desire!) —A elegant hand gesture with a pointing finger, a smile — and everything is fine (if, of course, this gesture was noticed). Few people follow the rules for driving through unregulated intersections. The advantage usually has a car larger or more chic.

In general, for those who want to learn more about my country, here is the link . The resource is not mine, it is not PR, etc.
