The new version of Ruby is faster up to 5 times

Version Ruby 1.9.1, which is now in the status of " preview " in synthetic tests significantly faster than the current version 1.8.7. With the exception of a few tests, acceleration comes up to 5 times.

JRuby 1.1.6RC1 also performed well, running tests faster than Ruby 1.8.7 up to 3.6 times.
