nginx: another allocator

I want to present to the public a small patch that replaces the allocator.

Briefly: after its use, memory consumption has almost halved, and idle has grown by 15%.

Update: took into account the fixes, added jemalloc and options to choose from with what to collect. Brief description and patch .
