Collected videos and slides from the fourth Badoo Techleads Meetup. This is a traditional meeting of team leaders, CTO and development managers in our office.

They raised a difficult topic: how to deal with professional burnout, motivate the team and themselves. We deliberately practically did not limit the number of questions from the floor, so that the discussion turned out to be as useful as possible for everyone who faced burnout. “Ticklish” questions were taken anonymously - the problem, anyway, is very personal.
