In due time for the sake of curiosity, I subscribed to the newsletter from the President’s site .
And now once a week I receive a neat letter of the following content (selected entries):

Naturally, for each announcement there is a link, but it is interesting, in connection with which such an original style was chosen? Looks like some spyware. It’s great if the President receives his daily schedule of events in the same way.

Upd . Smart people in the comments say that such a title is a collection of tags at the same time. For such tags it is convenient to build various kinds of visualization.
