Siemplify, a Tel Aviv-based cyber security systems management company, raised $ 30 million in Round C

Siemplify, the developer of a cybersecurity systems management platform (Tel Aviv - New York), raised $ 30 million investment during the round C. Canadian investment fund Georgian Partners acted as the lead investor, and 83North, G20 Ventures and Jump Capital increased their investments in the company.

The company's founders Amos Stern, Alon Cohen and Harry Fatahov are experts, experienced employees of cybersecurity centers around the world. Gradually, they came to the need to create a platform that would simplify and partially automate their work. This is how Siemplify came about.

Today, this cloud platform collects data from various tools that capture cyber threats, ranks and groups them in the form of visual mind maps. At the same time, it allows managers to delegate the solution of such problems to team members and discuss them among themselves in a special chat. The system has an AI built in to help combat cyber threats and an embedded analytics system.

The Siemplify platform allows you to customize and automate the work of utilities from McAfee, Symantec, VirusTotal and other well-known software vendors, both in drug and drop mode and using the built-in IDE Python platform. Also in the library of the platform there are 80 ready-made schemes (“playbooks”) of cybersecurity automation.

According to the company, the introduction of its product among customers (which include, for example, one of the top 20 largest banks in Europe and a media company from the Fortune 100 list) reduces the load on their cybersecurity departments by 80% and helps them solve 300% more tasks.

Siemplify exists only the third year, and all this time its revenues grew at an impressive pace: by 1000% in 2017, by 280% in 2018 and by 250% in the first half of this year. At the same time, for example, in the first half of 2018, the number of new orders and the size of the customer base increased, respectively, by 532% and 350%.
