Once again, scrolling, squandering, running through a very long page of comments, I involuntarily began to look for the link "Up" - an element that I personally always seemed optional on the site. But now, for some reason, I wanted to use it on Habré (apparently it was too lazy to perform gestures that were usual for such cases).

All this led to the idea that above the button to update new comments without reloading the page (which is always conveniently hanging in the usual place), a button for quickly moving to the top of the page would be appropriate.
