Conscience and StaffCop

I work as a sysadmin. Recently, a task was received from the manager to establish him a program for tracking employees. Without thinking, I chose the program StaffCop. But it's not about her.
Dear Habra users, I would like to ask you if I should tell some employees (consider friends) that now everyone is under serious control and quite possibly against the background of all this they can dismiss someone, or still make an unforced look of the system administrator and no one say nothing?
