I see a weak point in the office suite. I myself do not like OpenOffice very much - I prefer simple text editors with syntax highlighting ^ __ ^

I want to ask the general public - what would you recommend to pay attention in such a delicate matter, as retraining users on linuh? Maybe a distribution kit, which is designed specifically for this? Maybe advise software for an office worker. Maybe tell us how you yourself carried out this transition. Maybe something else.
