In Ukraine, the most popular browser is Opera 9.x

According to the two global statistics systems Ranking.com.ua and LiveInternet in Ukraine, Opera 9.x has become the most popular browser. The second in terms of polarity is the ex-leader of the last few years, Internet Explorer 6.x.

The share of Opera 9.x reached 26.5-28% and continues to grow. The latest version of Opera 9.6 features an improved Opera Link function, a built-in synchronization service, an updated Opera Mail email client, and full support for the Ukrainian language. Internet Explorer 6.x, which for many years has been the most popular browser in Ukraine, continues to lose its market share due to increased competition from other browsers, as well as the planned transition of users to an updated version of Internet Explorer 7.x. Currently, IE 6.x is used by 25.5-26.9% of Internet users.

IE 7.x is used by approximately 21.0-23.1%, and Firefox 3.x is used by 13.9-12.6%. These four brezers control more than 90% of the market.

If we consider the distribution of the share of browsers by manufacturers, then at the moment it is next.

1. Internet Explorer - 48.5–49.4%
2. Opera - 28.6-29.5%
3. Firefox - 19-20.6%
