§ DevDay

DevDay is an open meeting for sociable IT people in Novosibirsk. Every time we take one of the IT directions and invite 150 participants. Over the past six months, front-line vendors and managers have visited us. This time we will talk about Golang. Come in person or join the broadcast - more fun together!

§ What is it about?

We start with a report aimed at those who recently at Go or are just beginning to get accustomed to this programming language. Consider familiar practices that should be discarded when modeling the subject area in Go.

In the course of the evening, we dive into the topic of the interaction of services on the example of the recently released in 2GIS "Awards" and discuss the less common language constructions that we immediately want to try out in action.
