Cyberflash TV Workshop Results
Briefly: turn 180 ° :)
We (Roman Zolotaryov and Alexey Nazarbayev) are grateful to everyone who participated in this experiment on the evening of November 20. For us, this is an invaluable experience and we really want to share it. For those who are already engaged in distance learning - our mistakes will seem commonplace. I am sure that for the majority of “flight analysis” will be useful.
Even on November 19, nothing foreshadowed such a turn of events. Were sure that everything will go well.
Wrong technology. We did not test Skype with the number of participants more than 10 people (we calculated that we would receive about 5-15 applications per evening, received 59). He is definitely not suitable for this :) We need another technology.

Did not reveal the main topic. We conducted a lecture introducing that the topics would be covered in our next seminars. Instead of telling what we know and can do well. Looking for simple stories with simple examples.
Need a U-turn of 180 °:
What do you think about that? Do you plan to conduct similar seminars on your topics?
PS We overestimated Skype, as we used it very actively during the year, every day, for several hours, in large groups.

Conclusion

- number of participants up to 5 (or choose another technology),
- One particular topic is detailed: how technology works,
- lively voice discussion in the second half of the session,
- "Introductory lectures" publish in the form of audio recordings.
