Recently, our educational project Tekhnosfera posted the latest lectures from the course "Management of IT-projects and products." You will gain knowledge in the field of product and project management using the example of Mail.ru Group, you will understand the role of a product and project manager, learn about the development prospects and features of product and project management in a large company. The course covers the theory and practice of product management and everything that is inside (or next to it): processes, requirements, metrics, deadlines, launches and, of course, tells about people and how to communicate with them. The course is led by Dina Sidorova.

Lecture 1. What is project and product management?


What is the difference between a product and a project? What are the roles of the product and project manager? Skills tree and options for pumping. “So, I want to create a cool product. What to do? ”How to analyze the market? Value proposition of the project and product.


Lecture 2. Customer Development, UX-research


Why do products fail? What is CustDev and UX-research, what is the difference between them? When and how to conduct CustDev and UX research? Do I need to believe all the results obtained in the study? And what to do with this information?
