Why, according to statistics from Yandex and StackOverfow C #, are programmers the cheapest?

In general, Yandex statistics on wages in IT in Russia have recently been published here, and you can also look at statistics on RFP in the USA at StackOverfow and here you can see a sad fact. Judging by the statistics, C # aka .NET developers have a salary much lower than Java and lower than Python, JS and many others. Why does business value us less than others? I certainly understand that there is a lie, a blatant lie and statistics. Yes, I myself earn more than this statistics. However, these numbers did not fall from the sky. Therefore, I wanted to create a survey on this topic.

My personal opinion is that C # is more than necessary because in the area where it is mainly used, Java is needed. In addition, it is possible the fact that a large reservoir of C # is involved in geymdev, where salaries are generally lower than in other areas. Wellcome. I care about your opinion on this. Seriously. In general, C # language (for my taste of course) is pretty good. And I know a lot of languages. Yes, IMHO Haskell and Rust will be better. Why, sibling F # too. But against the background of Java, C ++, PHP and JavaScript and even more, forgive my God, Go, IMHO it is beautiful. The .NET platform is slightly more than fully mature. The frameworks and libraries are enough for the eyes and for everything. + There are a lot of cool proprietary ones. This is not Rust, where if something specific is needed, then most likely it is not there or some kind of library is gray in deep alpha. Yes, even for something ordinary. Perhaps the fact is that ASP.NET in recent years has not been very permanent. Here is the hope that with the .net Core 3.0 version everything will be fixed. Although I like these frequent changes, but I prefer something permanent and unchanged to business.
