This is not about the “white bases for Allsubmitter”, those directories, perhaps, no longer have any sense to use: if the moderator is still alive and someday will add you, then most likely the site itself has been in the blacklist for a long time and will not bring any benefit.

These are sites like Mail.ru Answers, where users ask questions on all possible topics and get answers from other users. Services of this type are convenient here than:
