What do customers want?

Once, when I just started to get to the top cabinet in the kitchen, I decided to make myself some coffee.

Before that I tried coffee, one sip (I wasn’t allowed anymore), it was very tasty. I saw my mother putting in a cup of coffee from a tin can, which stands in the top cabinet.

One day, barely left alone at home, I climbed into a locker and took out a treasured jar. " I will make coffee more tasty ", - I thought and generously threw two spoons into the cup. Having thoroughly stirred, I tried to take a sip and immediately spat out: the coffee turned out terribly bitter.

" Not enough coffee! ", - I thought, and put two more spoons ... I will not describe further, it is clear that as a result, the coffee went to the sink.

Customers really want to get a good site , including when they offer their options to achieve this goal. That is why you should not immediately do whatever they want, otherwise the result will follow the first cup of coffee that I prepared.
