For its 10th anniversary, Rambler has updated the
Rambler Mass Media (RMM) project. The site, integrated with various thematic sections, in structure and scale, became more like a media portal than a news digest.
From the RMM main page you can ply between thematic projects - Sports, Finance, Real Estate, Health, the pages of weekly “glossy” applications - Auto, Style, House, Wallet, and regional projects - Moscow, New York. The ability to go to these sections is also saved on the internal pages of the media portal - there is a general menu header.
Rambler reports that increased information flow in the project. In addition, there were additional types of it. You can read, watch and listen to the news - each section has a “media center” offering a selection of photographic and video materials on selected topics, be it politics, economics, culture or medicine. When you select a bookmark with photo or video information, the page does not reload.

In the previous version of RMM, news was rubricated only by federal districts. In the present, more attention is paid to the regions. “Visitors to the project can quickly find out the news of their region, region or republic,” the company says.
Among other innovations, an improved
catalog of news stories can be noted, as well as a new - “semantic” - form of writing page addresses, which is more convenient when quoting.
The Day Map has changed somewhat, collecting information on key recent events.
The project designers, having the task to compactly place texts, photos and links on pages, were guided by modern monitors with a resolution of 1024 * 768 pixels and more - it is reported that there are already more than 50% of such monitors in Russia.
