Our team implemented for Japan Tobacco International a project to select employees for the position of sales representative and supervisor in the form of a
flash game .
In this posting I would like to share some interesting, in my opinion, moments and impressions.
So, it is necessary in an easy game form to acquaint the audience with the peculiarities of the work of JTI specialists. Naturally, everything was modeled according to real scenarios and in close cooperation with the customer. The game was rather complicated, some things are not obvious - in many cases we rely on mindfulness and the use of the brain. It is expected that attentiveness, stress tolerance, sociability and the ability to quickly apply the brain are absolutely necessary for future employees of the company.

After the launch, one of the first experiments is the one you love. I did not participate in the development of scenarios - I am an exemplary victim.

From the first time failed to pass. From the second - too. As a veteran,
Moorhuhn noted the acute manifestations of sports rage).
For the fourth time I had already learned how to monitor all parameters, but again I was offended at the very end. Eprst, I am not worthy of being a salesperson in JTI, my colleagues are already offensively neighing)

For the fifth time, all the scripts were already answering from memory, reached the end and got into the table of winners, hurray! JTI promised to take me to work, if the crisis presses - I will definitely go, they will give a company car, what to do - I already know, lyapota)

At the end, my strength weakened and I will pass the game on a more advanced level of “Supervisor” later. I believe that there the slaughter will be more difficult, I will go to study materiel).
