Financial crisis in IT?

Strange, but I can not find a job for two weeks. What, if not this, is called the financial crisis in IT in Russia.

For comparison, in January, having published my resume on rabota.ru, I received about 20 offers in a few days to come in for an interview (I counted letters especially in the mail). Now - only 6 interviews for this week.

No need to change jobs now, colleagues ...
