Personal data and law

There was a need to read a lecture on "personal data." Retell the law there is no interest. So I think maybe someone can tell something interesting? Or maybe someone has interesting questions that I can answer and build a lecture on their basis.

In the meantime, briefly about the question itself. Somewhere in the year 2005, the gentlemen of the law-making agency decided to cover up the shop selling stolen information about the state of our citizens. As a result, in the summer of 2006, an interesting law “ On Personal Data ” appeared, which should protect us (ordinary taxpayers) from all wickedness.

The case is certainly notable, but, behold, the law is still stalling. In my opinion, for business the law is too complicated and expensive, but there’s no point. So what if the employer will be zealous and protect your PD to the fullest extent of the law, will you work better from this? Unlikely.
