On April 1, the annual exhibition “Subsoil-2019. Study of. Intelligence service. Mining ”dedicated to the topic of mining. The organizers of this event were the Federal Agency for Subsoil Use and the Russian Geological Society.

I began to inspect the exhibition from the MGRI stand. Short films about the university were shown on the screen, and near the stand itself one could take the University newspaper “The Scout of the Subsoil”.

Remains of mammoths were found on the outskirts of the city of Sevsk in 1988-1991.
