23% runetchikov prefer to buy online

Romir Monitoring has published the results of a survey of 2296 active runeters at the age of 20+, during which their preferences in the choice of places of purchase of certain goods were ascertained. The researchers, arguing that the sample represents an adult adult Russian Internet audience (statistical error ± 3%), declare: 23% of Web users make purchases in online stores. At the same time they spend money relatively large, in particular, acquiring various equipment, furniture, clothing, jewelry.

But first of all, the majority of Internet users - 95% - go to specialized stores for the goods of these groups. 62% of them go to large shopping centers. 27% of respondents go to markets and fairs for large purchases - almost as many, as has been said, do not leave home, preferring to choose what they want on the Web.

Receivers accompany these figures with additional data explaining the picture. For example, large shopping centers are the most popular among young people aged 20-24 years - 68%. The same amount is visited by respondents with an income of more than 25,000. Those who receive 5,000–10,000 rubles are cooler with shopping centers: from this group in the shopping center from time to time, about 55% of people are selected.

Most of those who noted markets and fairs as visited places of trade, have an income of less than 5,000 rubles (40%). Receiving 5 000 - 10 000 rubles make up 34% of visitors to fairs. Geographically, these places of trade are more often preferred by residents of the Southern Federal District - 41%. Residents of the Urals and St. Petersburg in this category of buyers - 19% and 15% respectively.

Speaking about the audience of online stores, the researchers note that among this group most of the respondents with high income (earning over 25,000 rubles) - 39%, as well as Moscow residents - 41%. The picture of online purchases in other regions is as follows: in St. Petersburg, online stores choose 10% of runetians, in the Southern District - 2%, in the Urals - 8%, in Siberia - 3%.

There is also a trend: with an increase in the income of the respondent, computer equipment is more often purchased via the Internet. But 74% of respondents still prefer to choose it in specialized sales centers.
