Disclaimer. The topic is debatable, there is no tutorial on the shelves or stunningly interesting news, but there is a proposal to discuss the problem that has arisen. It can be interesting only to those who use soap from Google Apps (Google Apps). The rest is under the cut.
For one of our sites, we use the free version of the
e-mail from Google Apps. We use it for a long time, for half a year already and everything seems to be fine. Uptime is close to 100% (maybe the server is unavailable for half an hour after a half hour), a spam filter is good (this was one of the main reasons for the transition), you know one of the best web interfaces.
However, in the past few weeks there were problems - the system began to lose letters. Letters are lost when forwarding from one user within the domain to another, letters from external addresses are lost. Missing letters are not found in spam either, they simply do not exist. They leave the sender, there is no response, everything is OK, but they do not reach the recipient. And from some respondents nothing comes at all, and from some through, the letter passes, then no. On alternative mailboxes letters from "bad" senders reach normally, so that the problems with their servers sending the situation can not be explained.

Has someone else from a respected community encountered a similar problem? What are thoughts about? I understand that the system is free and it’s stupid to make special claims to Google, as they say - “I don’t like it - don’t eat”, but I would still like to figure it out, it’s just that we’re not lucky or the problem is more general.
