The second international conference on practical cyber security OFFZONE 2019 will take place on June 17-18, 2019 in Moscow. Experts, researchers, members of the professional community and all who are not indifferent to the world of practical cyber security will gather at the CDP (Digital Business Space at Pokrovka) site.

The heart of the OFFZONE conference is truly high-quality technical content and practical research in the field of cybersecurity. No jackets, no business - just hardcore research.

The theme of the post-apocalyptic world, as in the past year, will set the atmosphere of the conference. But this time the post-apocalypse goes to a new level. Survivors from different shelters form global communities whose goal is to revive technologies. Computers have to be restored in detail, there is no Internet, the most demanded specialists are those who know how to work in the console. The redistribution of power in favor of technocrats was reflected in all spheres of life, including art. ASCII art is back in fashion.

We invite speakers to make presentations, as well as submit their research at OFFZONE 2019. Applications for CFP are received until April 28:59, at 23:59.

Report Formats

Talk: 45 minutes, the presentation is strictly in English, the report is in Russian or English.
Fasttrack: 15 minutes, the presentation is strictly in English, the report is in Russian or English.
Toolzone: demonstration booth for 4 hours, presentation is not required, performance in Russian or English.

Toolzone is a new thematic area on OFFZONE 2019. Here you can submit your own free tools for the arsenal of security guards, both offensive and defensive. This is a platform for dialogue and practice in its pure form: speakers do not read reports, but show demos, communicate with visitors and answer questions.

You can submit the tool if:

the program is free and has no restrictions on use;
this is a new development or a major change in the old tool;
speaker - developer or one of the contributors.

It is desirable, but not necessary - that the program has open source code.

All applications will be reviewed by the CFP Committee, which includes experts in the security of web applications and corporate systems, researchers of malware, low-level software and hardware.
