Last year,
SeedCamp Eastern Europe was held in Kiev. As you know, two companies were selected to participate in the London SeedCamp. During this event, a group of 20 specialists from Europe and Russia arrived in Kiev, and Ukrainian investors also took part. The selected teams worked on their projects for two days under the guidance of experienced “mentors” and all the participants got access to the European experience of the venture business.
This year is scheduled the same event. It will differ in two, in my opinion, important parameters:
1. SeedCamp and the arrived investors are ready to invest in the companies participating in the event, and not just to select them for a trip to London
2. "Mentors" will be much more. It's about a hundred people on
this list.Therefore, I can recommend start-ups from the region (Eastern Europe) to start preparing early for this event, and last year at least 10 companies did not have time for the deadline for submitting applications.
