The current glitch has become one of the largest in the 15-year history of Facebook, and the BBC even calls it the biggest glitch .

Among the affected services, Telegram's closest competitor is WhatsApp, which also focuses on end-to-end chat encryption and works on the same model, that is, it does not show ads to users and does not use Facebook personal data of users.
