The company iRiver, famous for its excellent music players, is going to release a mobile phone. The first sign called
iRiver wave should see the light in March 2009.

The iRiver wave phone, whose dimensions are 110.5 × 52.5 × 15.5 mm and weighs 103 grams, will be equipped with a large three-inch TFT touchscreen display with a resolution of 480 × 272 pixels, a Wi-Fi adapter, FM radio, and a port miniUSB and 4 GB of memory. With the latter, however, it is not yet clear whether the memory will be built-in, or just its expansion with memory cards.
Neither the cost of iRiver wave, nor the release dates around the world (March 2009 - Korean release) is not yet known.
