Until mid-October, Yandex always showed traffic jams on a scale of no less than 8 on weekdays, and in the evening all 9-10 points, on Friday evening so all 10 always.
But recently, even in the evening, the scale rarely rises above 7 points, except Friday.
And I thought - have they really revised their scales of traffic jams?
such people have become accustomed to driving in a city at a speed not exceeding 30-50 km / h, or is it an order of the city mayor’s office so as not to escalate the already difficult situation on the road?
