Greenpeace and Google, guided by the data of Roshydromet and Mossecomonitoring, jointly released a new electronic map of Moscow. Ecological. So now any resident of the capital can check how dangerous it is to live in his neighborhood of the city.
The map clearly shows where the most harmful to the atmosphere and the environment of the enterprise are located, as well as sanitary protection zones in which, in theory, neither houses, nor playgrounds, nor schools with kindergartens can be built. “Risk Zones”, also marked on the map, are territories close to all metropolitan CHP plants, the Moscow Oil Refinery, the ZIL plant, and incinerators.
You can view the map by adding it to the “My Maps” section in your personal account on Google.
