What is good about our Sberseasons internship program? We have many great interesting projects to choose from. They are tied to a modern technological stack, and then you can put them in your portfolio. Plus, it can be combined with study. Of course, it is paid by us.

Internship is available immediately in 18 IT areas. We tell about some of them in more detail.
Data engineering is a great opportunity to start a career in working with data for people who have only a basic understanding of machine learning, but are also interested in developing databases and their management.
During the internship, students will create prototype storefronts for developing machine learning models and analyzing data. Examples of projects to which interns will be connected:
Clear design - "must have" of any product. We are waiting for you to create convenient interfaces for client applications together. Tasks depend on the project to which you are taken, but here are some examples:
One of the most sought after destinations. The main focus will be on prototyping, real work with data, participation in setting tasks, transferring simulation results for automation, and preparing for real pilots. We have a whole laboratory cluster that allows you to do a lot, and after the internship you can write one of these projects on your resume:
Python is one of the most popular languages in the world. Most often it is associated with Data Science, but we in the bank use it to develop business applications and their back-end. If you choose this direction, then together with us we will work on such tasks:
In addition to all this, we still have as many as 14 directions, almost for every taste. Full list of them can be found here .
If you are interested in something, then it makes sense to hurry - the receipt of applications for internship will end on March 5 (and in some popular areas it is possible even earlier). Those who have time to submit an application in the future are waiting for the following steps:

Data engineering
Data engineering is a great opportunity to start a career in working with data for people who have only a basic understanding of machine learning, but are also interested in developing databases and their management.
During the internship, students will create prototype storefronts for developing machine learning models and analyzing data. Examples of projects to which interns will be connected:
- Analysis of data on corporate clients, the creation of ML-solutions for the search for corporate clients, analysis of data on investment transactions, the creation of decision-making algorithms.
- Development of the concept of digitization of customer experience.
- FastGraph graph platform - refinement and optimization of existing algorithms, implementation of new graph algorithms, participation in the development and optimization of the solution architecture, analysis of analogues, integration with external tools, prototyping of alternative solutions.
UX / UI design
Clear design - "must have" of any product. We are waiting for you to create convenient interfaces for client applications together. Tasks depend on the project to which you are taken, but here are some examples:
- Designing an IOS mobile application interface in accordance with business requirements
- development of user interface scripts based on analytical data;
- analysis and optimization of existing interfaces;
- development of prototypes for usability testing;
- visualization of strongly connected graphs in three-dimensional space;
- the creation of various UI-components and animations, the implementation of modules for testing, dynamic customization mechanisms. Creation of visuals to display various financial indicators of the company. Interactive design.
Data science
One of the most sought after destinations. The main focus will be on prototyping, real work with data, participation in setting tasks, transferring simulation results for automation, and preparing for real pilots. We have a whole laboratory cluster that allows you to do a lot, and after the internship you can write one of these projects on your resume:
- development of models describing client preferences, predicting the behavior of clients according to their transactional activity;
- analysis of the texts of references, including the analysis of tonality, clustering of references and so on;
- quality testing of ML models, assessment of the economic effect of models on the bank’s business, development of mathematical tests and research;
- development of new fraud detection models;
- development of algorithms for countering fraud (generating new ideas, identifying new trends);
- Analysis of cases of averted and successful fraud in the bank’s channels (Internet banking, processing operations, internal fraud, and so on).
- Work on the People Analytics project - building predictive models on HR data,
- Projects on text mining and pattern recognition.
Python development

- study the QlikView tool to build bank statements;
- engage in speech recognition;
