March 1 - Teamlead Meetup: on employee assessment and motivation

Together with colleagues from Tinkoff.ru, AGIMA, CSSSR and DigitalHR, we gather in Moscow a timblid rally, where we discuss how to evaluate and motivate developers. It is easy to motivate when you have a small ideological startup, and we will talk about the work of the team leader in an agency or a large company. Come March 1 to Digital October, it will be interesting!



First, the leaders of the development of Tinkoff.ru, AGIMA and CSSSR will speak:

• Andrei Ryzhkin, CTO AGIMA, will talk about how he is struggling with demotivating employees: what things enrage developers and how he levels the factors that prevent programmers from working normally.
• Elena Alshevskaya, operational director of CSSSR, will share her experience in evaluating and supporting developers in a completely remote team.
• Alexander Polomodov, head of development in the management of attracting Tinkoff.ru, will tell you how he manages to circumvent the difficulties of hiring a large company with a well-established brand and attracting the best.

After the reports, we will immediately turn to questions from the floor in a round table format: Katerina Gavrilova, CEO & Founder DigitalHR, and Ivan Mikheev, Deputy CTO AGIMA will join the discussion. And after that there will be time for networking and personal acquaintance with the speakers.
