Of course, it seems most logical to mark this place on the map and simply send a piece of the map, avoiding confusing explanations of the same to different people. In this question, obviously, Google or Yandex maps could help. I prefer google because they cover the whole world (without the tedious map selection, as in Yandex), and satellite photos are much better in them.

In general, I like all of them except one: in order to mark a point on the map, you need to have a Google account. And if more precisely, then also go into it, create a separate card in the "My cards" list. And after the right place on the map is marked, you need to copy the terrible link type and send it to your friends by mail or instant messenger. Because, for example, it is simply impossible to dictate it by phone.

And so, once again, having come up on a google map, I could not stand it and splashed out my indignation in bydlokode made myself a special website to put dots on the google map, as in Yandex. And to a heap also to save under a readable name .
