• PHP Russia 2019 - The first star speaker, who we will announce soon, is already known. In the meantime, applications for reports are in full swing. Until February 25, conference tickets can be purchased at the best price.

• The proposal to cancel the 50% threshold for voting was accepted and from now on all RFCs require a 2/3 majority.
• PEAR will not be installed by default since PHP 7.4.
