We receive a personal certificate WebMoney
It all started with the fact that the WebMoney service has blocked two of my account. I blocked it in a very interesting way - you can enter money, and answer it with an error :) After contacting the support service, they explained to me the reason for the blockage and the procedure for obtaining a certificate. In fact, everything is simple.
To begin, we make out an application for a certificate through passport.webmoney.ru. Then we print and fill in the application form of the applicant, make a photocopy of the passport and come to the registrar (in Belarus it is Tekhnobank). We pay the application (12.000 BYR = ~ 5.5 USD) and talk to pleasant registrars :) After 20-30 minutes, wait for a message to the internal WebMoney mail. If everything went smoothly, a gold certificate icon will appear in the terminal to the left of your last name. Now you are an authorized WebMoney user and all transactions that will be made from your account are considered to be completed by you and there are relevant documents for this.
By the way, carefully read the statement of the applicant. “I acknowledge that actions taken with the use of the VM-identifier ... can be used as evidence in the judiciary when considering disputes in civil law transactions, I confirm their validity, legal and enforceable effect . ”

The next step to restore the old account will be the “Application for changing registration data”, which will have to be notarized and forwarded to the Certification Center, which is located in Moscow (I think the reader guessed why my account was blocked). Let's see how long it will last and what will come of it.
