“IPod Chief” no longer works for Apple

Apple iPod Vice President Tony Fadell (Tony Fadell) will leave his post.

Having come to Apple in 2001, Fadell became one of the main developers of the popular iPod player. So we owe it to him (not in all, but in general terms) that the iPods turned out just that way, in all their diversity. However, we can not say that Fadell goes "nowhere." Instead of the post of "chief of iPods", he will take the position of personal consultant Steve Jobs.

Instead of Tony Faddel, former iPod vice president of microprocessor technologies Mark Papermaster will lead the work on the iPod (and iPhone, too), who will assume the position of senior vice president of Devices Hardware Engineering.
