Windows 7 Taskbar - what's new and how to enable it in Windows 7 build 6801.

The most interesting feature of Windows 7 at the moment!
With the new taskbar, Windows 7 looks very cute:

Each application placed in this panel is displayed as an icon:

Now all the running windows of this application are shown when you hover over this icon:

Each application window can be closed directly from the taskbar:

On the panel you can see how many open windows or tabs the application has:

If the application is open and its window is active, then the icon has a dark background. If open, but not active, then a lighter background:

When you hover over the icon, its background is highlighted:

This “backlight” moves after the cursor. In addition, the icon is highlighted by the color that is most on the icon:

When there is a progress bar in some application (so far there are few such applications), a green bar runs across the icon in the taskbar

Any application can be added to the taskbar and / or removed from it:

Some applications can be managed without opening the application window:

In the settings menu, you can make the display of small icons and disable grouping:

And finally, a bonus for those who want to see this chip with their own eyes and have already installed / ready to install Windows 7 build 6801:
As soon as you install Windows 7 Pre-Beta, you will not see any new taskbar. It is unknown for what reason, but it is not enabled by default. But in the system itself it is, as noted by one good man named Rafael. For which he thanks a lot! And here's how to enable the new taskbar:
Download a special utility in x86 or x64 version, copy it to the Windows folder. Then open the notebook, paste into it:

That's all, the new panel has appeared :) We are happy, we are testing and we are happy again :)
Thank. I hope that this post was interesting to you;)
