On September 1, our team launched another startup - project Start4you.ru . I immediately wanted to write an article about him for the habrasoobshchestva, but I restrained myself - I decided to wait a couple of months until the site acquired “meat”. In contrast to the older brother, the site is not dedicated to finding work for mature professionals, but to career planning for graduates and students.

The most interesting on the site is the “ Tests ” section. Quite a lot of non-standard tasks, students actively pass them, participate in ratings, write responses, see life. He himself passed a couple of tests with a sinful affair - he pleased the “player” - it shows the time, you can answer not in order, he killed one and a half hours of life.
Those who want to participate in programs to attract young professionals - a direct path to the section " Competitions ". There are constantly going on several programs for the selection of participants for internships in large companies. All in an adult - stages, evaluation. I did not participate - for a long time. Looked from the “lead” of the competition, imbued.
The “ Training ” section met with a bare line of search, and if the developers did not say that there is something interesting inside, they would close it immediately.
I had to go and look for my own MSU . In the section "Our People" only 16 people and this is from 40 thousand students. The creators, however, claim that there are much more registered students, but only those with an avatar are displayed in the list. Well, check - register, indicate the university, put the avatar, yes, really, everything is so.
It was interesting to twist charts with statistics Alma Mater - uncheck - they are rebuilt. Immediately it’s useful to poke - it’s funny that more than 10,000 teachers in total, and 281 professors, the number of graduate students has dropped dramatically in recent years - horror.
As a conclusion - what relation this resource has to career planning, I did not understand - except for contests, everything else is not about that. The developers, however, claim that the “Career Analyzer” section will soon appear, where it will be possible to twist the statistics - which university graduates work more often than others in the chosen company, where graduates of the selected university go, what positions, salary expectations, etc. go. It should be interesting, until I pass another test.
