Empowering Task Manager

If you start the Windows XP task manager with Local System account privileges, it will be possible to unload any processes from the computer’s memory, even those whose completion attempt is usually accompanied by the phrase “The operation cannot be completed. Access denied". To run the dispatcher with wide privileges you need :

at 9:35 /interactive cmd.exe , where "9:35" = current system time + 1 minute, in the command line or in the "Start -> Run" field and press Enter. Next, you need to wait for the console to load with Local System rights and then, by typing taskmgr.exe, open the task manager. It is necessary to use such a powerful system tool with caution and with skill.
