FTP over HTTP: search for client software

Recently, in working order, a question arose, to which I have not yet found an answer. So. There is a squid proxy server. There is a computer on the intranet with a specialized FTP client that cannot FTP over HTTP. The customer must be this one. The client works only on the jump.
Actually, the question is: is there any software that allows you to intercept an FTP connection on the client, wrap the HTTP request, give it to squid, take the html page from it, parse it and send it to the client (the scheme is the same as in Total Commander 'e)?
